Primary Effects[]
Yellow pills never alter you gender, but their effect is often affected by your current gender when you take them. The Yellow Pill has three primary traits associated with it, Strong, Superficial, and Stylish. Each one has three ranks.
Typically for portrait lines that can multiple traits associated with it, the trait you get is altered if you have the trait Smart, the green pill traits Liberated, Corrupted or Immoral, or occasionally the trait Fit. The Smart trait can often change a default Superficial into Stylish and the green pill traits can change a default Superficial into Strong or a default Stylish into Superficial. This is not universal and in some cases the trait yellow pills give can not be changed, and sometimes it takes a greater rank of Smart to have an effect.
