Primary Effects
Orange Pills are about increasing John's libido and give traits related to sexual pleasure. The orange pill is also the pill that governs sexual orientation, determined by your gender when taking your first orange pill. You become attracted to the opposite of your current gender.

After acquiring you initial orientation it doesn't change, but gets redefined if your gender changes. A man attracted to women that becomes a woman will still be attracted to them, but Gynophile will become Lesbian, and the same holds true for a Androphilic woman that becomes a Gay man. The only exception is Bisexual, as any orientation will change to bisexual when John takes two successive Orange Pills.
